The Association exists to advise and protect customers, who commission an insulation service from its members. It is an organisation of member companies concerned with maintaining high standards within the industry.
Members are required to abide by the Association's Code of Professional Practice that demands sound ethical practice and good customer service.
These members assess and install cavity wall insulation, solid wall insulation, loft insulation, draught proofing and other innovative solutions. All NIA installers work to high industry technical standards, which are recognised by government.
Associate members are interested and involved within the insulation Industry, they work directly with installers and manufacturers to create a better environment and deliver energy efficiency programmes.
Affiliate membership is open to organisations such as Charities/Trade Associations, Component Suppliers, Suppliers to the industry, Membership Service Providers, companies involved in Environment Services, companies involved in the construction industry who are not installers or manufacturers of insulation products.
These members manufacture and supply approved insulation material.
