England and Wales

The Green Deal Home Improvement Fund which operates in England and Wales will allow up to £1,250 to be claimed back for a range of measures including cavity wall insulation, floor insulation, roof insulation and central heating boilers.

Please note there is currently no funding for solid wall insulation as of 26th March 2015.

Scotland

The Scottish Government has launched a new Interest Free Loan scheme and a new Cashback scheme.

The £14 million loans scheme will offer homeowners interest-free loans of up to £10,000 for energy efficiency measures.

The HEEPS Cashback scheme will see £10 million made available to homeowners and private tenants, and £5 million for social landlords to support their tenants with Cashback available on a range of energy efficiency measures.
